Capabilities

Six working parts. One system.

Every engagement runs on the same foundation: senior capital-markets advisory, and proprietary software that performs targeted, autonomous search and enrichment matched to your vertical. These are the parts you see working.

I — Investor Book

A Proprietary Investor Book

An investor and analyst book built specifically for your name — analysts, fund managers, brokers, family offices, and comparable-company coverage — verified, segmented by holder type, and continuously refreshed. It is yours to keep.

II — Coverage

Sector Coverage & Distribution

Data-driven, compliant coverage across our network of sector-focused financial news properties — published as the news happens, with newsletters and social distribution carrying it to an investor audience.

III — Campaigns

Targeted Campaigns

Managed campaigns across search and emerging AI-answer channels, aimed where investor intent already exists — designed, run, and reported by us; funded and directed by you.

IV — Materials

Websites & Investor Materials

Investor-relations and corporate websites, decks, fact sheets, and branding — designed and built in-house, hosted and kept current through your engagement.

V — Advisory

Capital-Markets Advisory

Senior counsel for the venture-market context — positioning, catalyst planning, disclosure-aware messaging, and communications strategy through listings, financings, and news flow.

VI — Intelligence

Market & AI-Visibility Intelligence

We read the full flow of filings and bulletins, so you know what your sector and closest comparables are doing — and how your name appears in AI answer engines relative to peers.

Approach

One motion, driven by live market data.

Most issuers buy these services separately, from separate firms, on human timelines. Vantage runs them as a single system fed by live regulatory data — which is why the response begins when the filing does, not weeks later.

I

Ingest

Filings, exchange bulletins, and newswires stream into our research infrastructure as they publish.

II

Respond

Coverage, distribution, and outreach move on the same data — while the news is still news.

III

Accumulate

The work compounds — an investor book, indexed coverage, and owned assets that persist.

IV

Report

You read the output — sector intelligence, comparable activity, and where your name stands.

Why Vantage

We can't promise the market. We can show you the system.

No honest firm can guarantee how investors will respond. What we can do is walk you through how the system works, what it produces, and why it fits your name — and let the work speak from there.

I

Speed and integration

Audience, coverage, campaigns, and intelligence run as one motion off live data — not as siloed services on separate timelines.

II

The audience is yours to keep

Most IR spend rents attention that disappears when the budget stops. The investor book, the indexed coverage, the site — these persist, and they belong to you.

III

Visible work, verifiable output

Every part of the system produces something you can inspect — the book, the coverage, the campaign reporting, the intelligence you read.

IV

Compliant by design, at arm's length

Disclosure discipline is structural, not bolted on. We take no securities as compensation and disclose any affiliation — your communications stay clean.

Markets

Wherever the opportunity is.

Our home market is Canada's venture exchanges — and the system is built to travel. Because the work runs on regulatory data and audience research rather than local headcount, we cover 73 venture and growth markets across six regions.

Frequently Asked

Common questions.

What issuers ask before working with us — what we do, how we differ, and where we stand.

What does Vantage do?
We run investor relations and capital-markets communications for small-cap public companies — a proprietary investor book, sector coverage and distribution, targeted campaigns, investor materials, senior advisory, and market intelligence, operated as one system off live market data.
Who do you work with?
Primarily micro-cap and nano-cap issuers on the TSX Venture Exchange and Canadian Securities Exchange, and companies preparing to go public by IPO, RTO, or direct listing — in resources and mining, biotech and life sciences, technology and AI, and the broader venture market. The system travels: we cover 73 venture and growth exchanges worldwide, wherever the opportunity is.
We haven't listed yet — is it too early?
The opposite: pre-listing is the ideal time to engage. An RTO or IPO arrives with its own communications workload, and the runway before the ticker goes live is when the foundation is best built — the investor book, the site and materials, the coverage presence. When trading begins, the infrastructure is already in place.
How are you different from a traditional IR firm?
Two ways. Speed: our work runs off a live feed of filings and bulletins, so the response starts when your news does — not on a human timeline of days or weeks. Ownership: what we build accrues to you — the investor book, the coverage, the site are yours and persist beyond the engagement.
Can you guarantee results?
No — and we would be careful with any firm that does. What we offer is a system whose work is visible and verifiable at every step: who was reached, what was published, what ran, and what it produced. You judge it on what you can see.
Where do you stand in relation to our stock?
At arm's length, always. We take no securities as compensation, we do not trade in client names, and any affiliation is disclosed. We do investor communications and advisory — nothing that touches the market itself.
How do engagements begin?
With a short conversation about your company and where it trades — or where it's headed. We'll walk you through the system and what we would build for your name. There is no obligation.
